As a nurse with nearly ten years of experience, I have seen devastating flaws in the U.S. healthcare system and the wonders of modern medicine. I have seen evidence and power in the use of non-pharmacological approaches while witnessing damaging advice shared by well-intentioned holistic practitioners. Many integrative modalities and nursing practices are rooted in early traditional healthcare frameworks that the world has strayed away from. My goal as an integrative nurse is to help rebuild that bridge through safe and intentional cohesion. The diversity of my professional experience has enabled me to offer a multitude of integrative services directly, consult with organizations seeking to do the same, communicate effectively with primary health providers, and provide a unique but rational approach to healthcare. You can consider me your nurse friend who can provide wellness advice with a little edge.
Services:
Concierge Nursing Services Membership
Members can expect initial review of current health treatment plan and medication list for accuracy, efficiency, and opportunities for cohesive integrative support. Members will have access to a nurse liaison who will communicate primary care team regarding scheduling, concerns, or abnormalities. Members will have direct access to this nurse 24/7 as well as unlimited direct integrative health modalities services such as reiki, yoga, meditation, and breath work available to them via telehealth, at-home, or on-site. Options available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year membership period.
Workforce Well-being Assessment and Program Planning
Organizations seeking comprehensive evaluation of current operations, consultation for employee wellness program planning and development, or individual wellness modality offerings.
Integrative Care Plans
Client can expect a one-time casual discussion to identify personal goals, interests, learning styles, scheduling demands, and other potential barriers. Clients will receive follow up email with suggested personalized routine, applicable resources, education, and strategies for topics discussed. Plans typically cover improvement in physical activity, mental health, nutrition choices, personal relationships, and career development. Ongoing re-evaluations are available to committed members.
Supplement & Herbal Safety
Client can expect to have specific questions reviewed regarding integrative health or non-pharmacological supplements, vitamins, interventions for safety and efficacy with considerations to their past medical history. If deemed appropriate, follow up with physician or advanced level provider is still necessary and advised.
Kundalini or Usui Reiki
Client can expect brief education on Reiki practices and expected outcomes followed by hands-on Reiki. For those who do not wish to be physically touched, distance Reiki is equally effective.
Acupressure
Client can expect delivery of firm hands-on pressure to Traditional Chinese Medicine pressure points specific to client’s ailments. Not to be confused with Acupuncture! There is no needling involved.
Trauma-Informed Yoga
Client can expect a brief pre-session consult to curate a yoga class tailored to their current abilities and goals, followed by a private yoga session.
Sound Baths
Client can expect a private sound bath to promote relaxation using the sounds of quartz and Tibetan brass singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, and chimes along with guided meditation.
