Regina Italiano, MS

Services offered: qEEG brain mapping, personalized neurofeedback sessions. Services available for individuals 6 and up, including children, teens, and adults.

Regina is a neurofeedback specialist with a Master of Science in Psychology and over 5 years of experience supporting brain health. Her passion for this work began when she saw the impact of cognitive decline on a loved one, which inspired her to dive deep into the science of how the brain heals, grows and adapts.

Since then, she's had the privilege of working with professional athletes, children as young as 6, and adults across every life stage- helping people improve focus, memory, sleep, emotional resilience, stress resilience, and overall mental clarity. Her approach blends evidence-based tools with a calm, supportive environment because real transformations start when the brain feels safe. Neurofeedback is grounded in neuroscience and is a gentle, non-invasive method that uses real-time feedback to help the brain learn to self-regulate.

Whether someone is looking to optimize performance or simply feel more grounded in daily life, Regina loves helping clients reconnect with their potential from the inside out.
