Jessa Buchalter is a dedicated yoga teacher and yoga therapist-in-training with over 16 years of experience helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and cultivate greater well-being. Her approach to yoga therapy invites participants to explore the relationship between breath, movement, and awareness, fostering integration of the physical, emotional, and spiritual self.
Jessa’s work is rooted in the belief that the body holds the wisdom to heal. Through compassionate guidance, she helps clients uncover unconscious patterns, release tension, and build resilience. She is a relentless champion of living in truth; deepening connection with ourselves; accessing the wisdom of our deepest longings; and embodying our inherent wholeness.
Currently completing her 1385-hour C-IAYT Yoga Therapy training, Jessa specializes in trauma-informed care, pre/postnatal yoga, and women’s wellness. She lives in Longmont, Colorado, with her partner and two children, and finds joy in reading, dancing, and spending time near the water.
