autum romano is an educator, author, and bodyworker who’s passionate about nervous system regulation as a foundation for transformative whole health. When we use a bottom-up approach, health and healing come quickly and gently. I work with clients in-person in Colorado Springs, CO. I also support families across the globe with nervous system regulation practices via Zoom. I am delighted and honored to assist in your quest for greater health.
