Deb Woodman is a Certified Advanced Rolfer who specializes in helping clients realign their structure by working on the fascia or connective tissue of the body and integrating the work in gravity. This allows clients to achieve greater ease of movement and a greater sense of health and well-being. She offers the Rolfing Ten Session Series or individualized sessions around a specific complaint. One area of focus is working with seniors to help improve their mobility and movement.

Deb is also trained in other modalities of Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy and Sourcepoint therapy. These modalities can be stand-alone sessions or can be brought into the Rolfing or massage therapy sessions.
