Since embarking on my journey as a massage therapist in 2015, I, Aspen Johnson, have dedicated my practice to healing and nurturing the body and mind. My expertise lies in an array of therapeutic massage modalities, including craniosacral therapy, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage. 

What sets my practice apart is my profound commitment to aiding individuals in their journey through grief and trauma. I believe in the transformative power of touch to release emotional burdens and foster holistic well-being. 

In addition to serving people, my skills extend to equine massage, where I apply my therapeutic techniques to help horses achieve optimal health and relaxation.
