It is non-invasive and works by matching the brain’s rhythms to engineered tones through patented algorithms. Clients are able to hear the tones in real-time. These tones are like a brain-echo, and the brain recognizes them as its own reflection. This helps the brain to relax fully and reset itself naturally from the inside out. In a relaxed state the brain can

Overcome worry & anxiety, Restore hope & happiness, Conquer traumatic stress, Clear brain fog, Increase energy levels, Support restful sleep, and Achieve peak performance.

 Grief & Loss

Local & online resources for those seeking support after loss or during the grieving process

  • Grieve Inside Out

Yve Harrold, M.Ed, Certified Grief Educator

Grief needs a dedicated time and space. We may be grieving ourselves or trying to understand how to support someone else. Because many of us are programmed to get over a loss quickly, we avoid discussing grief, and therefore we may have learned very little about the process and what is healthy.

I hope to help change that by honestly sharing my own grief journey through my blog – My Heart is Riding Shotgun. As a Certified Grief Educator, I also offer educational workshops on the grieving process for individuals, employers, and communities. Additionally, I provide individual grief support and guide grief walks to harness the power of healing in nature.

For more information about Grief Education services including workshops, speaking engagements, grief walks, and peer support email me at insideout@mysoulride.com and follow me on Instagram @grieveinsideout.
